Can I use residential property as security?

No. Property Based Lending (PBL) specializes exclusively in commercial and investment property finance. We do not provide loans secured against residential owner-occupied properties.

What if I already have a large first mortgage?

Having a significant first mortgage with a traditional bank does not necessarily prevent you from accessing further capital.
